Linda Edna's parents are businessmen Wayne David Cardellini and Lorraine (Hernan). Her parents were born in Redwood City in California. She has Italian descent (her paternal great-grandpa), Irish, German, English and Scottish (her mother). Linda was raised in the San Francisco Bay area, California, the youngest of four children. When she was in her tenth grade, she began to be interested in acting when performing in school plays. The school play she performed in was and local community theatre. Linda was a student at Saint Francis High School Mountain View California. After graduation she had to make a choice in between New York, where she was able to pursue theatre, or Los Angeles, where film and television were her options. Following her graduation, she was required to decide whether or not to pursue a career in film or television in Los Angeles. Linda was chosen for her first part on the series Bone Chillers (1996). In 1999, she was offered her first major role as Lindsay Weir on the show Freaks and Geeks. Lindsay Weir was her character in the Emmy-winning show.

Lily James, born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson in 1989 (born April 5th) She is an English actress. Her career began in the year 2010 when she appeared in the British television series Just William, in which she was a student at the London's Guildhall School of Music and Drama. In the following years, she starred as Lady Rose MacClare in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her breakout role was her role as the lead in the film of fantasy Cinderella (2015). James continued to play the Countess Natasha Rostova in the television adaptation of War & Peace (2016) and starred in several films, including the action-packed film Baby Driver (2017), the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017), The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018) and The Dig (2021), as well as the musicals Mamma Mia! We Go Again 2018 and Yesterday (2019). Her character as Pamela Anderson was recognized with a Golden Globe nomination and a Primetime Emmy Award.
